All preparatory and planning information is inserted into the SmartMine via Manager Module. Extraction areas may be registered or imported from planning softwares such as the DataMine and Gemcom, along with specific physical-chemical and tonnage qualities. It is also possible to set geographic limits of extraction areas, for future reconciliation. This module also features an important preparation function that can be used in other SmartMine modules, such as the Exacta System.
In the Manager Module, lithology polygons, infrastructure objects and ore blocks (block model) are either registered or imported. This way, pieces of equipment with centimeter-accurate GPS (Exacta System) can be fully oriented at the work site. Data related to production, hours worked and advance polygons to be used in mine topography can be exported from the Manager by many other systems, including the main ERPs on the market, such as the SAP and Oracle Applications.
